Shipping policy

At CamiStudio we want your only concern to be choosing the shirt that best represents you. That is why we have simplified our logistics process to offer you the best possible experience.

1. Shipping zones

We ship to all of Spain (including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), all of Europe (including the United Kingdom), Canada, the United States and Mexico.

2. Shipping costs

Orders have shipping costs. Currently, standard shipping with a tracking number costs €2.99 per order.

The exact shipping cost is always shown on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase, and it may vary depending on the destination.

3. Processing time

Each order goes through preparation, customisation (if applicable) and quality control. This process usually takes 2 to 5 business days before the parcel is handed over to the carrier and you receive the tracking number.

4. Delivery time (estimated)

We work with international suppliers to offer you exclusive editions and high-quality retro pieces. For this reason, delivery takes 7 to 14 working days from receipt of the tracking number, for all destinations.

Delivery times may vary slightly during periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday) or due to causes beyond CamiStudio's control (logistics or customs delays).

5. Real-time tracking

We want you to be informed at all times. When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel to your door. You can also check it on our order tracking page.

6. Shipping address

Please check that the delivery address is correct and complete before paying. CamiStudio is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.

7. Issues and customer service

Customer service is provided by direct message on TikTok: @camistudio.es.

If more than 20 working days have passed and you have not heard about your order, send us a direct message with your order number. We will locate your shipment and give you a solution within 24-48 hours.

8. Customs, taxes and import fees

Canada customs, taxes and other applicable fees

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be due at delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

United Kingdom customs, taxes and other applicable fees

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, taxes, duties, and import fees may apply. Where available, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. If taxes or duties are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

In some cases, additional import charges, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may be due when your order arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and/or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless we expressly state at checkout that duties and taxes are prepaid.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times. We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.

European Union customs, taxes and other applicable fees

Orders shipped to countries in the European Union may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. Where available, applicable taxes, duties, and import fees will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

If checkout states that duties and taxes are prepaid, your order will be shipped with those charges prepaid and you should not be asked to pay additional import charges at delivery. If checkout does not state that duties and taxes are prepaid, you may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees before or at delivery.

Import charges are determined by EU customs authorities and/or the carrier and may vary based on the destination country, product classification, product value, country of origin, and shipping method. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
